Upgraded Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 package French vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Sweetened condensed milk to taste
  • Bananas sliced
  • Vanilla wafers or cookies

Instructions

  • Whisk whole milk and French vanilla pudding in a mixing bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  • Whisk heavy cream in a separate bowl for 30–45 seconds, until slightly thickened.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture.
  • Fold the heavy cream into the pudding until fully combined and creamy.
  • Slice the bananas.
  • Spread a layer of pudding in the bottom of a serving dish.
  • Layer cookies followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
  • Repeat layers until the dish is filled.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours to set.
  • Top with extra cookies before serving (optional).
