Easy Biscoff Monkey Bread

Ingredients

For the Bread:

  • 9-10 Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 1 can of biscuits
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cookie butter melted

For the Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tsp milk

Instructions

  • Prep the Biscoff Cookies Crush Biscoff cookies in a mixer or by hand in a ziplock bag. Set aside.
  • Coat the Biscuits Cut biscuits into fours and place in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies. Mix until coated. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Make the Glaze Melt 1 stick of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix in 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour glaze over biscuits and sprinkle additional crushed cookies on top.
  • Bake Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover with foil if the top browns too quickly.
  • Drizzle and Serve Melt cookie butter. Whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth to create icing. Drizzle both over the warm bread and top with remaining crushed Biscoff cookies.
