Prep the Biscoff Cookies Crush Biscoff cookies in a mixer or by hand in a ziplock bag. Set aside.
Coat the Biscuits Cut biscuits into fours and place in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies. Mix until coated. Transfer to a baking dish.
Make the Glaze Melt 1 stick of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix in 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour glaze over biscuits and sprinkle additional crushed cookies on top.
Bake Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover with foil if the top browns too quickly.
Drizzle and Serve Melt cookie butter. Whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth to create icing. Drizzle both over the warm bread and top with remaining crushed Biscoff cookies.
